Updates For April 20 – 24

In the second weekly digest of updates, you will learn about new tips for filters and values, the "adomain" field, and payment methods.

New Error Detailing in Requests Tab of Ad Inventory

The Requests tab allows you to detect errors that occur during the operation of ad inventory.

We have added new hints with block details for No Campaign and JSTDS Filter metrics.

When you hover over the value No Campaign, a hint opens containing the reasons why campaigns were not displayed:

  • Matching displays the number of events caused by the absence of campaigns to show. In this case, it was not possible to find any campaign that would match the particular request.
  • Limit displays the number of events in which campaigns were selected for the user, but because of the limits set in the Budget and Limitations blocks of the campaign settings, they were blocked.
  • Bidding shows the number of events during which the campaign matches the request and passes the limits, but its demonstration was blocked due to minimum bids, ROI, or other bidding rules that are set in campaigns and the ad inventory.

JSTDS Filter displays the number of requests that filters configured in the ad inventory block.

The indicator is especially useful for analyzing ad inventory traffic sources. You can better understand why requests from the source are rejected.

Adomain Attribute for OpenRTB Response

The value of the adomain attribute is the domain of the Target URL.

For some publishers, the field may be a prerequisite to show ads. Based on the adomain value, publishers can block individual ads if they consider the advertiser’s domain to be unreliable.

This is an example of an OpenRTB campaign response with a Push type of promotional material:

New Suggests in the White/Black Lists of Campaigns

We have added a new search field with suggestions to the carrier, vendor, and device lists.

It should be recalled that the carrier list depends on GEO targeting.

Note: names of carriers, vendors, and devices must be separated with the “;” symbol.
